Elder’s Mission UAE (Part 3):  Praise & Worship Night                    September 6, 2024

The Lord’s Flock UAE Chapter was buzzing with excitement for the arrival of “Tatay” Bob Rodriguez (TLF Elder-Founder) and his Mission Team. They kicked off their Mission with a Praise and Worship session on September 6, 2024, at the Bishop Paul Hall of St. Mary’s Church, Dubai, at 7:00 PM. For many in the TLF UAE family, this was their first opportunity to meet “Tatay” Bobby Rodriguez, who was accompanied by Dinky (Execom) & Te Florentino (Scribes Ministry Steward), and Mel Capistrano (Pastoral Leader – Harvest 1). The members were especially blessed to listen and learn from Tatay Bob’s teaching and testimony.

Dhes Inong (Pastor Ministry Head Steward) moderated the program while Jovy Salazar led the praise and worship.

The evening had greater significance when Tatay Bob spoke on ‘Transformation and Experiencing New Life.’ He began by highlighting several key Spiritual Truths: God has a plan for us; all have sinned and became separated from God; Jesus is the way; and, we must accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior. He urged everyone to live a life in communion with God. What made his message particularly moving was his discussion on personal transformation, the role of the Holy Spirit in this process, and bearing fruits of the transformation. He shared practical ways to pursue transformation: prayer, study, community life, and service. His final words left a touching impression on everyone: “The key to my spiritual journey and transformation can be summarized in four words – from HAMBOG to HUMBLE!”

Thereafter, Dinky and Te Florentino shared their personal experience for the past decades and exhorted the Chapter leaders and members to remain in the community for life.

Towards the end of the program, everyone was excited to speak and take pictures with the Mission Team. It was truly a unique and inspiring evening.
