Bobby Rodriguez
Elder-Founder
Bro. Bobby, Founder, and Elder of the Lord’s Flock, is the community’s loving patriarch, fondly referred to as “Tatay” by members of the community.
An unassuming, soft-spoken man who prefers working diligently offstage, he left his worldly and wanton ways when God called him to the Charismatic Renewal six months after his wife, Sis Techie, encountered God in the Catholic Life in the Spirit Seminar. He had a lucrative business, performing infrastructural works for military camps with his very own construction company before he gave his life to full-time service to God.
He remains the strong silent pillar that serves as an inspiration to members of the flock. He triumphed over numerous life-threatening episodes in life, giving him an effective and powerful testimony of God’s power and goodness.
Techie Molina-Rodriguez
Elder-Founder
Sis. Techie, Founder and Elder of the Lord’s Flock, is the better half of Bro Bobby. She is the community’s vision-holder, steering the course of the community as directed by The Spirit from the start of the founding of the community.
In all her four decades in the Charismatic Renewal, she has been entrusted with positions of influence in the Charismatic renewal. She was among the founding members of the Federation of Trans-Parochial Charismatic Communities in the Philippines. She was also elected as Treasurer of the Vatican-based International Catholic Fraternity of Charismatic Covenanted Communities and Fellowships for seven years.
She has authored faith-inspired books such as The Call, Power of the Word, and the Manna series. She was co-host of the long-running Anak TV Awardee, “Signs and Wonders” TV program.
Froilan Hong

Bro. Froilan joined Bro. Bobby and Sis. Techie in the founding of the Lord’s Flock six months after his renewal in another community.
He was a Professor at the University of the Philippines and also among the respected Professionals in the Architecture and Planning Professions. He was a recipient of several Professional Citations and Awards; among them is the highest “LIKHA” award given by the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP).
He was a former President of the UAP and several other organizations in Building, Housing, and Planning.
Mik Rodriguez-Flores
Executive Head Servant
Sis. Mik as she is fondly called, is the only child of Bro. Bobby and Sis. Techie Rodriguez. She completed her BS Fine Arts degree major in Interior Design at the Pontifical University of Santo Tomas in Manila, graduating as Cum Laude. She took the government licensure examination the following year and topped the Board Exam. She studied at the Maryknoll College from elementary to high school.
OUR JOURNEY
The history of The Lord’s Flock is very closely intertwined with the life of its visionary, SIS. TECHIE MOLINA-RODRIGUEZ. The Lord gifted her with a prophetic vision that guided her in charting the course of the Community. As the “vision holder”, she has given herself totally to the service of God.
Sis. Techie, together with Bro. Bobby her husband, steadily lead the journey of the Community to its appointed mission. They were supported by people who have caught the same vision. Among them are co-founders, dedicated ministry heads, stewards, chapter coordinators, leaders and the membership.
