The musical play “May Isa Pang Teresa” successfully held a restaging, its 8th run, on August 16, 2026, at The Lord’s Flock Heritage Worship and Spiritual Formation Center. The two-hour play is based on the very inspiring life of Maria Theresa “Techie” Molina Rodriguez, founder-elder and vision holder of the Lord’s Flock Community, one of the pioneers of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in the Philippines and a highly esteemed international charismatic leader.
The production conveyed the story of a devout Catholic who fell into greed, selfishness and pride after experiencing success, fame, power, and financial abundance. Trapped by her own missteps, she was ultimately redeemed by her mother’s (Ennie Molina) unconditional love who persistently invited her to attend a Life in the Spirit Seminar (LSS) to bring her back to the Lord. Reflecting the parable of the prodigal son, she returned home with a regretful heart.
Her life was completely transformed and her relationships restored, especially with her husband, Bobby Rodriguez, who was also subsequently reformed, to the joy of their only child Mikmik. Despite numerous trials that lasted for three years, their faith remained steadfast and the family experienced healing and harmony that they did not have previously. From then on, she has aligned her life to God’s true purpose, and has persistently spread a global message of faith, hope, and love.

Despite the heavy rains, the show was blessed with a full house! It kicked off with a solemn invocation by Bro. Dinky Florentino, Committee Chairperson, followed by a warm and gracious welcome from Bro. Froilan L. Hong, Lord’s Flock Co-founder.
Sheila Parlucho and Al Gatmaitan, both professional stage actors, played wonderful performances as Techie and Bobby. Performing other major roles were: Francine Jhoy Encinares as the teen Mikmik, Jodee Arielle S. Mortalla as the young Mikmik, Judith Almendrala as Mommy Ennie Molina, and Lulu Perele, as the narrator Techie. The rest of the cast was an incredibly talented group of individuals from TLF-Main Center, particularly the Psalm, Koros Ministries and Dulaang T.U.P.A., TLF Chapters, alongside several members of the original cast (from LWUA Chapter) who returned for this milestone restage.

Interspersed with the musical were testimonies by community members who experienced miracles and healing: Froilan Hong, Benjie Rogel, Lily Santelices and Glenda Lizada.

The songs wonderfully related the story of the woman of faith who has touched thousands of lives. Lyrics were written by Margie Ganhinhin and Ellen Ambat, while the music was composed by Jingle Buena and Butch Miraflor; musical score was done by Mike Concepcion. On the other hand, the dances were choregraphed by Aiko Valdez.
Sis. Techie who was teary- eyed was deeply touched when she shared her heartfelt message of appreciation right before the finale. A bouquet of flowers was lovingly offered to her.

The play was written and directed by Margie P. Ganhinhin (who shared that the play was conceived when she attended a workshop with Nestor Torre); assistant director was Millet F. Lansangan—who originally played Techie Rodriguez during the first seven runs in 1999-2002, and business manager was Maro Anyog.

Providing invaluable technical and production support were crews headed by Production Coordinator Rose Baclig and Program Head Remy Sisteberio. Chairpersons Dinky Florentino and Grace Lomarda (Execom), provided strategic leadership.

In addition, “May Isa Pang Teresa” was originally staged at the LWUA Auditorium in 1999, twice at the following theaters respectively: Irwin Theater in Ateneo in 1999, the Caritas Social Center in Hongkong in 2001, and at the Meralco theater in 2002.
This year’s re-staging was deeply meaningful as it took place at The Heritage, a venue built through the vision and obedience of Sis. Techie to God’s guidance. Likewise, guests and the show’s sponsors generously supported the play and personally came to witness this poignant and inspiring show. The production earned a well-deserved standing ovation for its uplifting message of faith, renewal, and transformation.

Indeed, The Lord’s Flock Community members and guests experienced an amazing testament to the Lord’s almighty power and impact on the lives of people who dedicate their lives to His will and purpose.
To God be the glory!
