“How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” (Rom. 10:15)
Every mission starts with a simple yes—and that yes is always wrapped in prayer. With hearts full of faith and eyes fixed on God’s purpose, the Lord’s Flock (TLF) community witnessed another glorious chapter of God’s work unfold through the USA Elder’s Outreach 2026.
On February 18, 2026, Ash Wednesday, Sis. Techie “Soar” Rodriguez attended the Holy Mass at TLF Manila, where Fr. JC Gallora offered prayers over Soar and Sis. Judith Almendrala, requesting God for their safety and success of their mission in the United States. It was a touching moment for the community as the Execom and Executive staff gathered to send them off at Ninoy Aquino International Airport, bound for Los Angeles, California.
After a long journey, they were warmly welcomed by Bro. Bobby “Tatay” Rodriguez at Tom Bradley International Airport In Los Angeles, California. The day ended with a heartfelt homecoming in Burbank, where Sis Marita, Soar’s sister, together with Sis Mik Flores, opened her home to Soar and Sis. Judith—setting the tone for a mission marked by love, fellowship, prayer, and service.

Grow Teaching
The following day, February 19, 2026, Soar delivered Grow teaching to TLF Los Angeles with a thought-provoking title “How to Make Your Problem Worse?” “I am severely afflicted; give me life, O Lord, according to your word” (Ps. 119:107). It is a solemn reminder that in seasons of hardship, we do not have to pretend; we can cry out to God and hold on to His promises.
With honesty and compassion, Soar shared two simple but powerful truths: first, we sometimes feel Jesus is unaware of our problems; second, we often struggle to understand God’s purpose in our trials. Moreover, she reminded everyone that God is present even in our hardest moments. “If I ascend to heaven, you are there! If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there!” (Ps. 139:8). It assures us we are never alone, not in success, not in suffering, and not even in the seasons when life feels overwhelming.
Similarly, she also shared why God may seem to delay answers to our prayers possibly to test our faith; prepare us for greater miracles; shape us to be true disciples; build endurance; humble our pride; deepen our desire for Him; help us value His answers; and teach us to keep talking (communing) to Him.

Soar further explained that God gives direction. In Mark 6:45: “Immediately He made His disciples get into the boat and go on ahead of Him to Bethsaida, while He dismissed the crowd.” Thus, Jesus directed His disciples where to go; He instructed them to get into the boat and to go ahead of Him. They did not fully understand what would happen next; however, they obeyed His direction. Even though the journey led them into a storm, it was still part of Jesus’ guidance, because He later came to save them, and to reveal His power.
Sometimes His direction leads us into uncertainty, hard work, or even struggles; nonetheless, it is never without purpose. When we follow where God leads us, even if the road is unclear, we can trust that He sees the whole journey to meet us in the middle of our storms and to bring us safely forward.
Before closing, Soar shared an encouraging update on Heritage Construction, inviting everyone to stay united in prayer and support.
Leadership Summit and Facing 2026
Throughout her mission trip, Soar will visit the Lord’s Flock chapters, both the West Coast and East Coast, for the Leadership Summit and Facing 2026. Soar will be visiting Sacramento, Daly City, Dublin, Bakersfield, and New Jersey to give teachings and attend worship services with the community. This journey is part of God’s direction as we go where He leads to share His Word, encourage others, and grow together in faith.
Particularly, Facing 2026 is an important event in the Lord’s Flock, marked by the announcement and anointing of leaders (stewards and coordinators) and the proclamation of the year’s theme. It is a moment of prayer, renewal, and commitment to serve God and the community. Above all, it is a time to seek and embrace God’s direction for the whole community.
On the other hand, the goal of the Leadership Summit is simple but powerful: to inspire, equip, and encourage leaders to serve with renewed hearts and to lead with a higher purpose.
Finally, this journey is more than just moving from place to place—it is about strengthening faith, renewing commitment, and reminding every servant-leader that God continues His work through willing hearts and obedient lives. “Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 1:6)
