The Lord’s Flock joyfully celebrated its annual Christmas Rally last December 7 with the theme “Timeless Christmas from Gn to Gn.” The gathering was held at the Lord’s Flock Heritage and brought together members and guests from Metro Manila and nearby provinces. Chapters from Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and International Chapters also participated through Zoom, showing that the spirit of Christmas transcending distance and geography.

The theme reflected the heart of the celebration. Christmas in the Lord’s Flock is not confined to one age or era; it is a living faith passed on through generations. From the youngest to the most senior members, the community stood united in worship, joy, and gratitude. The rally became a visible reminder that God’s love remains constant, and His faithfulness continues to flow from generation to generation.

The Morning (AM) Program

The day began with registration at 8:00 a.m. Members arrived early, eager to meet the 10:00 a.m. cut-off and secure raffle stubs for the afternoon draw. As they entered the venue, Christmas carols filled the air, led by Satur Toyogan (the Mission Ministry) instantly setting a joyful and welcoming tone. At the second-floor lobby, the photo booth quickly became a favorite spot. Families and friends paused to capture moments together, revealing smiles and preserving memories that reflected the joy of celebrating Christmas as one community.

At 9:00 a.m., the morning program officially began with a joyful opening led by Bea Baclig and the PSALM Ministry. The hall resonated with praise songs, followed by an opening prayer that set the program in a spirit of gratitude and unity.

The program then moved into Karaokay, the much-anticipated karaoke challenge. Participants drew lots for the songs they would perform, and six members confidently took the stage to showcase their talent. The challenge was hosted by emcees Darlene Ortega and Axel Fabros, whose energy and rapport kept the audience engaged throughout.

Performances were evaluated by judges Dan Dantes, Salve Labrador, and Mike Concepcion of the PSALM Ministry. Known for their musical expertise, they provided fair and thoughtful judgment for each performance. Interactive games were held in between performances, keeping the audience actively involved and adding excitement to the entire program.

The Afternoon (PM) Program

The afternoon program opened at 1:30 p.m. with a solemn Eucharistic Celebration presided by Bishop Elias Ayuban of the Archdiocese of Cubao and concelebrated by Fr. Rhen Catacutan of St. Jude Thaddeus Quasi-Parish. The celebration drew the community into a moment of deep gratitude and worship. As prayers were offered and hymns were lifted, hearts were centered on thanksgiving for God’s unending faithfulness through the years and across generations.

After the Mass, emcees representing each generation took the stage to welcome the community. Julia Rogel spoke for the Alpha Generation, followed by Bea Baclig for Generation Z. Jolo Baclig represented the Millennials while Raymund Nobleza welcomed everyone on behalf of Generation X. Moreover, Lito Santelices completed the lineup for the Baby Boomers. Their exchange of generational facts was both entertaining and informative because their messages reflected unity in diversity. Together, they reminded everyone that while generations may differ in experiences and expressions, they are bound by one faith and one shared journey in the Lord’s Flock.

Thereafter, Tatay Bob, Elder-Founder of the Lord’s Flock and Chairman of Christmas Rally 2025, welcomed the community through a heartfelt rendition of “White Christmas.” His song carried both nostalgia and hope, gently bridging the past and the present. It reminded everyone that the message of Christmas remains the same, even as generations change.

This moment flowed seamlessly into one of the most meaningful highlights of the celebration, the community exchange gift. Members moved freely around the sanctuary, greeting one another with warm smiles and heartfelt “Merry Christmas.” Gifts were exchanged without distinction of age or familiarity. In this simple yet powerful act, the community witnessed Christmas lived out through generosity, unity, and genuine love that crossed generations. The exchange continued until the Christmas caroling, led by the PSALM Ministry, softly came to a close, leaving the hall filled with joy and connection.

An Audio-Visual Presentation (AVP) featuring Christmas Rallies from the past 39 years followed. The presentation traced the journey of the Lord’s Flock through decades of celebration, worship, and service. It revealed a powerful truth: while styles, faces, and times have changed, God’s faithfulness has remained constant. Through every generation, He continues  to raise new talents, new voices, and fresh creativity, proving that His grace truly flows from one generation to the next.

The generational performances then took center stage, led by DJ MKG, Kent Galido, who guided the flow of music and movement throughout the program. The Alpha Generation opened with a dynamic K-Pop Demon Hunter soundtrack medley that reflected youthful energy and creativity. Generation Z followed with an energetic High School Musical dance, expressing confidence and vibrancy on stage.

The Millennials then presented a medley of songs from their era, bringing a sense of familiarity and shared memory. Their performance was highlighted by an impersonation of Jennifer Lopez singing “Let’s Get Loud,” which captured the spirit of their generation.

Then, Generation X continued the presentation with an ’80s medley that reflected timeless rhythm and expression. This segment featured an impersonation of Whitney Houston performing “I Wanna Dance with Somebody,” adding a classic touch to the sequence. The Baby Boomers followed with performances of well-loved hits from their generation, including an impersonation of Tina Turner that showcased enduring passion and presence.

Thereafter, the dance trainers took the stage in recognition of their invaluable role in the program. Their presentation honored the countless hours they devoted to training, guiding, and encouraging every generation. Through patience, discipline, and commitment, they helped shape each performance and ensured that the vision of unity across generations was brought to life on stage.

As always, the Execom once again took the stage and delivered a performance that reflected creativity, unity, and dedication. Year after year, they continue to give their time and talent to serve the community. Their Beatles-inspired presentation, complete with coordinated outfits and live instruments, stood as a testament to their commitment to excellence and their willingness to lead by example in celebration and service.

Throughout the generational performances, the camera quietly identified outstanding dancers from each generation among the participants. These individuals were later recognized with special prizes, affirming the joy of active participation and shared celebration.

The presentations reached a meaningful conclusion as all generations gathered to sing a medley of Pinoy Christmas songs. Each group took its part, and the voices came together as one, reflecting harmony across ages and experiences. After the curtain call and acknowledgment of all performers, Bro. Bobby Rodriguez, Chairman of the Christmas Rally Committee, and Sis. Techie Rodriguez, the creative mind and inspiration behind the event, were invited to the stage in appreciation of their leadership and vision.

The celebration concluded with the raffle draw and awarding of prizes, a moment that reflected the community’s spirit of care and generosity. Winners received packs of rice, grocery items, foot massager and household appliances : electric fans, rice cookers, air fryers, washing machine, and refrigerator. Each prize symbolized provision and blessing, shared joyfully within the fellowship.

As the Christmas Rally came to a close, hearts were filled with gratitude and hope. Generations stood side by side, reminded that while traditions may change and times may pass, God’s love remains constant. The celebration affirmed a lasting truth – Christmas is truly timeless. In the Lord’s Flock, faith is faithfully passed on, and fellowship continues to flourish from generation to generation.

To God be the glory!
