The scenic town of Fiuggi, Italy became the vibrant epicenter of a global movement as it hosted the Women of Influence Summit (WINS) 2025: Igniting Faith-Driven Leadership from June 3rd to 5th. Held at the Lina Hotel, the gathering convened women leaders from over two dozen nations, including a distinguished delegation from the Philippines – The Lord’s Flock (TLF) Catholic Charismatic Community. The summit explored the evolving landscape of spiritual leadership and evangelization in today’s world.
TLF Elder-Founder, Techie “Sor” Rodriguez, a distinguished woman of faith and a preacher, was one of the speakers in the summit. She was accompanied by two women leaders of the Community: Joy Raquel Tadeo (Service Ministry) and Camille January Lee (Koros Ministry). Their presence underscored TLF’s commitment to global engagement and to foster spiritual leadership within the Church.
The summit commenced on the evening of June 3rd, with a diverse assembly of participants from countries spanning Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Poland, Germany, England, Scotland, USA, Uganda, Africa, Egypt, the Netherlands, Croatia, France, Austria, Malta, Ukraine, Canada, Lebanon, Malaysia, India, Taiwan, and South Korea. The atmosphere was charged with anticipation, as a spirit-filled worship session formally inaugurated the program.
Day 1: For Such a Time as This: Stepping into God’s Purpose Together
Sabina Capello, International Coordinator of WINS, set a profound tone with her welcome remarks and heartfelt prayer. She emphasized that the Church “stands at the threshold of a new era”, and she issued a powerful call to recognize the unique vocation of women in reflecting God’s love. She outlined the core objectives of WINS:
- To foster a Global Vision of women’s impact on God’s mission worldwide.
- To Empower participants to unlock their God-given potential and embrace their divine calling.
- To build authentic Connections through Spirit-led relationships across cultures (experiences), generations, and denominations cultivating the prophetic unity of Jesus’ heart for His Body.
- To facilitate Transformation, enabling women to overcome challenges and actively contribute to God’s solution for a broken world.
- To forge a Legacy, by equipping and inspiring the next generation of women leaders to carry the torch forward.

Thereafter, two impactful presentations deepened the discussions. Michelle Moran delivered the first topic “Virtues for Growing and Guiding Emerging Women Leaders.” She asserted that every baptized person is called to lead, and that true leadership often involves a call to “go down”—to serve humbly and to follow God’s precise leading. She expounded on the pillars of principled leadership, stemming from the Holy Spirit: Prudence, Justice, Fortitude, and Temperance.
The second presentation titled “Reimagine Leadership: Women of Faith Transforming the World Through Influence and Innovation” was delivered by Mindy Robbins. Robbins recounted her inspiring journey: a successful career and an almost perfect family life which led to a moment of brokenness but powerfully restored by God. She urged the attendees to “make God show up and you shut up.” She advocated for Holy Spirit-empowered innovation and emphasized that legacy is cultivated in leadership. To conclude the first day, Teresa Carvalho facilitated a group discussion focused on the multifaceted challenges and abundant opportunities surrounding women’s leadership today.
Day 2: For Such a Time as This: Stepping into God’s Purpose Together
The second day commenced with a 7:00 a.m. Mass. The homily reminded the attendees that leaders are not only overseers, but they must also consistently “bring the glory back to God.” This was followed by a vibrant praise and worship that lifted everyone’s spirit.

Techie “Soar” Rodriguez (TLF Elder-Founder) delivered an insightful teaching on “Esther as an Influencer.” She asserted that all believers are influencers; moreover, God equips individuals with unique gifts and talents, (much like Esther’s beauty,) for His divine purpose. She emphasized that God has a plan for each person — no accidents nor coincidences. She spoke passionately about purifying hearts, standing with courage, and living an “un-compromised life” of “absolute obedience to God’s perfect will.” She concluded by encouraging the delegates to embrace their calling and to always seek God’s guidance as He is always in control.

The theme of leadership development continued with Rev. Dr. Lisa Pak’s profound session on “Leadership Development: Why our personal stories matter in our identity, calling, and leadership.” She addressed the cultural pressures that could lead women to forget their intrinsic value and urged them to embrace their identity as God’s beloved daughters. Drawing from her own journey, she encouraged them to recognize that God liberated them from perceived liabilities and the Church could fully maximize their potential.
Diane Ingle’s topic on “Empowering Women in Leadership for Evangelization” stressed the importance of mentorship and highlighted the critical need for the next generation’s baptism in the Holy Spirit. This was followed by a strategic group discussion to identify action steps for developing the next generation of leaders.
Furthermore, the summit benefited from diverse voices from around the world, as women of influence shared captivating stories of how God has been working in their lives and through their ministries:
- Maribel Corolla spoke passionately about “evangelization as teaching people to fall in love with Jesus.” She cited their mission in the Philippines, to bring young people to Christ through impactful activities.
- Kristin Niedbala shared her personal call to consecrated virginity, reinforcing that “our identity is found in Jesus.” She underscored “contemplative leadership, nurturing the heart, the reality of in persona Christi, and the complementarity of male and female leadership.
- Michelle Boessen Husseum detailed her impactful work to bring Jesus to the women in the Netherlands by organizing women’s Facebook group and events.
Each session was complemented robust group discussions and moments of prayer and contemplation on God’s message.
Day 3: Empowered and Commissioned: Closing Morning Session
The third day commenced with a Holy Mass; the homily emphasized the divine call to strive to reach the soul of every person they encounter. An uplifting session of joyful and worship songs followed and filled the sanctuary. Sabina Capello led the beautiful prayers, bestowing blessings upon the women of diverse ministries.

Subsequently, Henry Capello, Executive Director, encouraged everyone to be leaders in spreading the Gospel globally, to join the global prayer network and utilize the organization’s multimedia platforms for evangelization. The final segments of the summit were enriched by the sharing of many other women leaders about their experiences in evangelization and service.
Truly, The Lord’s Flock’s participation in the WINS 2025 left an indelible mark on the delegates and solidified their understanding of their vital role in the renewed evangelization of the Church. The summit served as a powerful affirmation of women’s leadership, inspiring a new generation to step forward.

To God be the glory!
