Ka-Vibes Young Adults and Single Adults Event “Paano Ba ‘To? Adulting Edition” May 23, 2025

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Adulthood can be overwhelming for young adults, but they don’t have to face it alone. On May 23, 2025, the Young Adults (Y.A.) and Single Adults (S.A.) clusters of the Lord’s Flock (TLF) gathered to support each other in the exciting, often challenging journey of adult life, grounded in faith and fellowship.

The evening began with icebreakers led by Jolo Baclig (T.U.P.A. Ministry) and Regine Baclig (Pastoral Head Steward), including games like The Human Knot, which fostered teamwork and problem-solving. Each small group created a team name and a chant to express their shared goals and values. A round of Word Association game followed to spark connection and brainstorming.

Next, the central Sharing Segment explored the realities of adulting, using relatable images and Bible verses to prompt reflections on finances, relationships, careers, health, and family.

Moreover, moderators Nico Moleta (Psalm Ministry) and Charmi Tapiador led the evening’s program that also featured time for prayer, scripture, and discussion focused on service and community. Participants envisioned a “Space to Grow”—a setting for spiritual and personal development.

The event ended with Tsitsa Time, allowing space for informal fellowship and celebrating birthdays for the month. The gathering blended faith, fun, and reflection, offering a meaningful and transformative experience.
