On April 2, 2026, Maundy Thursday, during the afternoon of the second day of the Lenten Recollection, the Via Crucis sa Kalye was held by the Lord’s Flock Catholic Charismatic Community along a 4km stretch on Quezon Avenue. Via Crucis is a traditional Lenten practice wherein people remember the suffering and crucifixion of Jesus Christ as they walk and pray at the fourteen Stations of the Cross.
The event commenced with a prayer asking God’s forgiveness and guidance throughout the walk. Along the road, as the clouds hovered above, the participants joined the Psalm Ministry in singing in worship for God. This was followed by the Holy Rosary while walking towards each station.
The participants started praying at the first station which was located at the C and G Building in D. Tuazon (the site of the second TLF Center). After the prayer on each station, Elders-Founders Sis. Techie “Sor” Rodriguez and Bro. Bobby “Tatay Bob” Rodriguez and Co-Founder Bro. Froilan Hong, shared glimpses of their memories about the former centers of the Lord’s Flock. They commemorated events that happened in each rented location of TLF, reminding participants of God’s goodness throughout the four decades the Lord’s Flock’s journey.
The Via Crucis concluded at the 14th Station of the Cross, which was situated at The Lord’s Flock Heritage Center at past 7pm.
The faithful prayer warriors left tired but with their souls fulfilled as they reflected on the journey and crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
