SEND MINISTRY In-Gathering March 17, 2024

Leaders and members of The Lord’s Flock (TLF) SEND Ministry from the chapters around Metro Manila and nearby provinces eagerly thronged to the TLF Heritage Events Place on March 17,2024 for its very first face-to-face In-Gathering in four years. The In-gathering was much appreciated as it provided an opportunity for the chapter members to have fellowship, get to know each other, and catch-up on one another’s activities, and listen to an important topic by Co-Founder Froilan Hong.

The DPWH Chapter facilitated the program, led by  the moderators, Arvel Emperador and Jean Sorejido. The event began with a heartfelt praise and worship led by Jeddo Tanuco and Tess Abilar of DPWH  and the Bagong Silang Chapter Psalm Ministry. “Merry Summer” was the theme of their in-gathering, which added festive and bright colors through their summer attires.

Allan Almendrala,  Head Steward of SEND Ministry gave his welcome remarks and expressed his words of appreciation to everyone for coming. He was joined by  Assistant Steward Boboy Luna,  SEND Ministry Stewards – Jo Cabrera, George Serranilla; and Brethren Stewards Joel Guevarra and Nol Sioson.  The event was very fruitful as they collectively joined (by zoom) the Global In-gathering and listened to the  informative talk of Bro. Froilan Hong, TLF Co-Founder, on the important topic, “Ridding Your Home of Spiritual Darkness.” They learned about the signs to watch out for, as well as the various ways to remove the bad spirits from their homes that could be affecting their families and relationships.

It was a wonderful and happy day for all the ninety-plus (90+) attendees. Almost 70% of attendees were energetic and talented youth of different chapters. The Karvill Youth Chapter was awarded as the biggest delegation.

After the activities, all enjoyed the bountiful lunch while exchanging pleasantries with one another. Other TLF leaders and stewards joined the various Chapter tables.

By coming together, they were blessed with the benefits of being planted, equipped to serve and do God’s  purpose. It also nurtured their relationships and promoted a sense of belonging to the TLF Community.

To God be the Glory!
