“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9).
For 35 grace-filled days, Sis. Techie “Soar” Rodriguez, The Lord’s Flock Catholic Charismatic Ministry Elder- Founder and Vision Holder, together with Sis. Judith Almendrala (Elder’s Outreach Steward) journeyed across the United States for International Outreach 2026. Her mission was a beautiful testimony of faith, courage, and obedience to God’s call to bring souls closer to Christ.
INTERNATIONAL RETREAT 2026
One of the major highlights was the International Retreat 2026 at Forest Home in the San Bernardino Mountains, California, with the powerful theme “Rise Up!” During the three-day retreat, participants reflected on the lives of Mephibosheth, Ezekiel, Jacob, and Gideon, discovering how God can restore the broken, breathe new life into dry bones, transform lives through an encounter with Him, and give courage to those He calls. Through prayer, teachings, faith-life sharing, fellowship, and personal encounters with God, Soar and Sis. Mik Flores, Head Servant, inspired the retreatants to rise from their fears and weaknesses and move forward in faith.
FACING 2026
The mission also strengthened the leaders of the community through Facing 2026, held in Los Angeles on August 29, 2026. West Coast leaders were reminded that true Christian leadership is rooted in obedience, humility, prayer, service, and total reliance on the Holy Spirit.
SPIRIT EMPOWERMENT SEMINAR Iin VARIOUS CHAPTERS
The mission continued through the Spirit Empowerment Seminars in Maryland on September 5, Bakersfield on September 12, and Dublin, California, on September 26. These gatherings focused on experiencing God’s love, new life in Christ, transformation through the Holy Spirit, discipleship, and the call to bring souls to Christ. In every place, the message remained clear: we are empowered by the Holy Spirit not only for ourselves but also as witnesses of Christ to help others experience His transforming love.
PRAYER MEETINGS IN LF CHAPTERS
Another meaningful part of the 35-day journey was Soar’s participation and teachings in the prayer meetings of The Lord’s Flock chapters, where she encouraged members to continue growing in faith, prayer, and their personal relationship with Jesus. The mission was also filled with joyful moments as Lord’s Flock chapters on the East and West Coasts honored Soar and Bro. Bobby “Tatay Bob” Rodriguez (Elder/Founder), as they celebrated their 80th and 82nd birthdays. These celebrations became opportunities to thank God for the gift of their lives and their many years of faithful service to the Lord and His people. Their example reminds the community that there is no retirement from loving God and serving His mission. As long as the Lord gives us strength, there will always be souls to reach, lives to encourage, and a mission to fulfill.
DEPARTURE to MANILA
On September 30, 2026, International Mission 2026 came to a close as Soar and Sis. Judith Almendrala departed Los Angeles for their journey home. Bro. Lito Nuval of the Los Angeles Chapter and Soar’s nephew, RJ (Marita’s son), assisted them during check-in and sent them off with prayers and wishes for a safe journey. The mission may have ended after 35 days, but its fruits will continue in the lives of the people, leaders, and chapters that were touched along the way. With grateful hearts, we thank God for Soar, Sis. Judith, Sis. Mik, Tatay Bob, all the stewards, coordinators, host chapters, and everyone who prayed, served, welcomed, and supported International Mission 2026. May we carry its message in our hearts and continue to rise up, serve with humility, walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, and courageously bring Christ to others.
MESSAGE of GRATITUDE
Finally, we thank the Lord for the blessings, protection, provisions, encounters, and transformed lives throughout International Mission 2026. May every seed planted during these 35 days continue to grow and bear fruit in our chapters, families, ministries, and personal lives. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, may The Lord’s Flock continue its mission of bringing souls to Christ and providing spiritual nourishment to His people. Rise up, be strong and courageous—the Lord our God is with us wherever we go!
To God be all the glory!
