The Lord’s Flock Catholic Charismatic Community conducted a Signs and Wonders Miracle Healing Conference, the first after more than a decade, last July 26, 2026, at the Heritage Worship and Spiritual Formation Center in Quezon City. Elder – Founder Sis. Techie Rodriguez headlined the event by delivering a teaching about the mission of Jesus – not only to preach but also to heal the sick. Moreover, she led the Touch/Healing Ministry in praying over the people who came with various ailments and requests for healing. It was an event that showcased the healing power of God as manifested through our Lord Jesus Christ and the fervent leading of the Holy Spirit that permeated as the session unfolded and completed.
Bro. Raymund Nobleza, Head Steward of the Service Ministry, welcomed the guests and moderated the afternoon program. He testified about his own sickness before he was renewed: huge loans and a struggle with his identity. After he joined the community in 1999, and persistently attended the quarterly healing conferences, the Lord healed him little by little. He was happy to share that he has been free from debt for 25 years; moreover, he now has a lovely wife and a 15-year-old son; all of them are active in serving the Lord. Thus, he encouraged everyone not to be stingy in their requests to the Lord.

Subsequently, the Psalm Ministry, led by worship leader Denise Flancia, engaged the participants in praying and giving glory to the Lord through praise and worship songs.
Bro. Froilan Hong, Co-Founder, followed with a short introduction of the Signs and Wonders program that ran for sixteen years on tv and radio, and garnered Anak TV Awards. He explained that Sis. Techie was compelled to hold this unplanned healing conference once again after receiving a message from the Holy Spirit. He exhorted everyone to feel the power of Jesus Christ.

Sis. Techie started her teaching by explaining that signs and wonders is closely related but not identical to works of miracles:
- Signs – point to spiritual truths who Jesus is
- Wonders – cause awe/amazement in reverence to God (Acts 2:22)
- Works of Miracles – one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit given to believers for ministry. It demonstrates God’s power in specific situations, brings deliverance, provision, protection, and healing (1 Corinthians 12:10).
Furthermore, the Risen Lord gave the power to heal when He appeared to His apostles, “they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well” (Mark 16:18). Jesus healed in various ways: physical, emotional (hurts, worries), spiritual (unforgiveness) and demonic (possession/exorcism).
Sis. Techie also elaborated on How Jesus heals: by His spoken word, by touch, by the sick touching Him, by laying of hands, by commanding evil spirits, by using physical signs, and by prayer and thanksgiving.

Finally, with heads bowed in supplication and eyes closed, Sis. Techie and the congregation prayed to God for healing accompanied by the songs “Come, Holy Spirit” and “I am the God that Healeth Thee.” Many became emotional and started crying as they felt the presence of the Holy Spirit.
People sought healing from physical sicknesses (heart disease, liver, kidney, limbs, among others) as well as emotional issues (anxiety, panic attacks, worries about financial situation) and a child/toddler with autism.

Unhesitatingly, some of them shared their healing experiences:
- “During the song “Come Holy Spirit” parang nanginginig ang pakiramdam ko; naluha ako sa harap ng healing minister (Trans: I was shaking/trembling, crying in front of the healing minister.)” – Richard
- “(During the pray over) nawala na ang sakit sa tuhod; mainit ang pakiramdam; nanginginig na parang giniginaw (Trans: the pain in my knees disappeared; I felt some heat then shivering with chills).” – Roselia
- Prayer ko magparamdam si Lord sa akin. Buong katawan ko, iba naramdaman ko, sobrang lakas ng kuryente, iyak ako ng iyak. (Trans: My prayer was that I could feel God’s presence. My whole body felt differently: a sudden surge of current; I cried incessantly) – Athena
(Trans) It was an answered prayer. I requested for prayer for my visa to be approved as a caregiver. Unexpectedly, right after the pray over by the healing minister, the Agency called and clarified that I would work in the US not in Poland. Also, the pain I felt in my body was gone. – Irish
- Dalawa beses po ako na-pray over, sobra na-touch ako ng Holy Spirit, sa una palang, naiyak na ako; Lalo na po kay Soar Techie, nanginginig ako, talagang I felt the overflowing love of Jesus Christ, and I felt healing of my medical conditions. I claim na I am healed. Nag-pa pray po for healing, kasi marami po akong medical issues – blood clot sa heart, bleeding sa urine. At saka nag-pa pray po ako for my grief and for my mother Masing Mina, former member of LF, who passed away last June 26. (Trans) I was prayed over twice. I was deeply touched by the Holy Spirit. Initially, I cried, particularly during the pray over by Soar Techie; I was trembling. I really felt the overflowing love of Jesus Christ, and I felt healing of my medical conditions. I claim I am healed. I requested prayer for healing because of numerous medical issues: blot clot in my heart and bleeding in my urine. Also, I asked for prayers for my grief and for my mother, Masing Mina, former member of TLF who passed away last June 26. – Teresa
Many more manifestations of healing – feeling of lightness and calmness, burdens lifted, uncontrollable tears, feelings of warmth all over their bodies, claiming God’s provision, confidence about successful surgery – were heard and realized.

As the conference concluded, Bro. Raymund led the closing prayer with the healing ministers, catchers, and all the workers in thanksgiving for a successful conference, healing for everyone, and protection for all the people on their way home.
Truly, it was an emotional and spirit-filled conference, with the loving presence of the Lord being felt by all.
To God be the glory!
