The Lord’s Flock-East Hub was once again blessed with another month of spirit-filled activities focusing on their devotion, commitment and faithfulness to the spiritual direction provided by the TLF Main community and their heartfelt praise and gratitude to the Lord.
INTERCESSORY PRAYER MEETING
The Lord’s Flock Catholic Charismatic Community-East Hub conducted their monthly virtual Intercessory Prayer Meeting for the month of May 2025. Participants included chapter’s Advisers, Stewards and members who lifted their personal and group prayers through the intercession of Blessed Virgin Mary. Indeed, their prayer devotion emphasized that when two or more believers agree in prayer, “God who is present will answer their requests” (Mt. 18: 19-20).
SMALL GROUP MEETING
With immense enthusiasm, the TLF East Hub’s Small Groups (SG-Married Brothers and Sisters, Singles, Group of Youth) gathered for their monthly fellowship and prayer meeting. The gathering inspired the members to share and reflect individually; they also recited their group prayers which centered on the topic “Superpower.”
Truly, this monthly SG meeting has proven special to the members as it has served not only as a shared faith journey, but as a personal joyful catch-up on “how the week was.” Moreover, their testimony of victory over their personal challenges demonstrated God’s presence and faithfulness in their life.
PRAISE AND WORSHIP GATHERING
The weekly spirit-filled Praise and Worship activities of the TLF East Hub community were highlighted by the inspirational and powerful talks delivered by members of the Heralds Ministry. They effectively imparted their personal insights and reflection on their assigned foundation topics.
On May 9th , worship activity, Sis. Chi Macatol covered the subject, “Getting Out of the Debt Trap”, while on May 23rd, Bro. Bart Gamez discussed the topic, “Living Within Your Means”, providing inspiration and challenge to the members to practice financial discipline as Christians.
On May 16th, the TLF gathering was an outreach feeding activity shared with youth residents of Sitio Cavite, through the invitation of Bro. Kyan Motecalbo. In addition, Sis. Mayet Gamez (who also celebrated her birthday with the community and invited guests), sponsored and generously provided the Jollibee treat, to the delight of everyone, especially the invited guests.
Sis. May Barcita likewise celebrated her birthday with the community during the May 30th TLF East General Assembly. Also, Sis. May facilitated the conduct of the Small Group Sharing centered on the Bible passage, “Beatitudes.”
TLF HERITAGE ACTIVITIES
Furthermore, the TLF East chapter members staunchly participated in the various spiritual/ religious activities of the TLF Community organized and conducted in the Heritage Sanctuary on the following dates:
- Grow Series (every Wednesday) with Sis. Techie Rodriguez (Soar)
- Global Anointing, May 18
- Global Ingathering, May 25 on the Topic: Clean Home, Renewed Earth: Journey of Change, One Habit at a Time, by Sis. Rochelle Anne Tabion Palang, ENP
- Weekly General Assembly and Praise and Worship Activities
All these praise and worship devotional activities have continued to empower the TLF East chapter members to strengthen their personal faith journey, solidarity with the community and their obedience to its teachings and spiritual guidance, all for the greater glory of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
