The Lord’s Flock Catholic Charismatic Community (TLF), has embarked on its longest mission ever, from May 24 to June 30, 2023, to various chapters in the USA. The pandemic (within a span of four years) interrupted the annual Missions of Elder-Founder Sis Techie Rodriguez (“Soar”). Thus, the members who have been hungry for spiritual nourishment longed for a reunion with Soar who delivered God’s message through the Rekindle Retreat and Spirit Empowerment Seminar.
The Mission team, including Bro. Froilan Hong (Co-Founder), Sis Judith Almendrala (Steward, New Generation Group) and Bro. Jess Advincula (Steward, Send Ministry) departed on the evening of May 24 after a warm send-off and prayers for a safe journey and a successful mission, by the Executive Committee.
The LF Los Angeles Chapter, led by Stewards Bro. Jimmy Esplenada, Sis. Janette Dequito, and Sis Monina Letargo enthusiastically welcomed the mission team at the Bradley International Airport. Soar became emotional and cried tears of joy upon seeing the familiar faces that she had exceedingly missed. Subsequently, they travelled to the home of Sis. Marita, Soar’s younger sister in Burbank. Indeed, it was a joyous blessing to be reunited finally with family, brothers and sisters in Christ.
