THE LORD’S FLOCK MISSION MINISTRY In BISLIG CHAPTER, MINDANAO, JUNE 21, 2025

The Lord’s Flock Charismatic Catholic Community’s Mission Ministry, under the spiritual guidance of Sis. Lea Tapispisan and Bro. Boboy Luna, successfully completed its Mindanao Mission Visit in June 2025. Accompanied by dedicated brothers and sisters from the TLF Manila Fold, the team visited the Chapters in Davao, Tagum, and Bislig, rekindling fellowship and encouraging the faithful through worship and personal encounters with the community. This visit reflects the ministry’s unwavering dedication to bringing the love of Christ to all corners of the nation. Particularly, it had strengthened the connections, spread faith and shared God’s goodness in Mindanao.

  1. WARM WELCOME IN BISLIG CITY

Fellowship with TLF Bislig Leaders and Community

The highlight of the Mindanao mission took place on June 21, 2025, in the city of Bislig- the farthest the team had traveled- where the Mission Ministry team received a heartfelt welcome from the Head Stewards of TLF Bislig, along with the first Coordinator of the Bislig Fold, Sis. Rosa Maria Tamayo. The group also met with Fr. Gamie, parish priest of St. Joseph the worker.

  1. SPIRIT-FILLED PRAISE AND WORSHIP

Anointed Gathering at Sto. Tomas de Villanueva Parish

Later in the afternoon, the team joined the Praise and Worship activity at the Pastoral Center, Sto. Tomas de Villanueva Parish in Población, Bislig City. The venue was filled with the faithful members/workers of TLF Bislig, coming together in one spirit to worship the Lord. The music, the prayers, and the presence of visiting brethren made the gathering especially meaningful. Moreover, the worship segment led by Sis. Chou reached a powerful peak during the song, “Goodness of God”, which moved members to tears – a reminder of God’s ever-faithful presence and grace.

  1. INTRODUCTION AND RECOGNITION

Bro. Boboy Sharing His Testimony and Honoring the Fold

As the program unfolded, Sis. Rigen, the moderator, invited Bro. Boboy to formally introduce himself and share the heart of his mission to the congregation. His words reflected humility, passion, and his deep desire to bring the Lord’s message to every soul. After his sharing, he, along with the Mission Ministry heads, presented the Certificate from TLF Executive Office that recognized and encouraged the faithful members of TLF Bislig Fold.

These certificates, lovingly signed by Mission Ministry Heads and the Elders-Founders Sis. Techie “Soar” Rodriguez and “Tatay” Bobby Rodriguez, symbolized the community’s spiritual growth, faithfulness, and dedication.

  1. FELLOWSHIP AND THANKSGIVING

A Simple Dinner and a Song of Victory

The day ended with a simple yet a joyful dinner at the same venue, where everyone shared not just food, but stories, smiles, and the warmth of community. The team also had the opportunity to take a photo with Rev. Fr. Godofredo, the parish priest of Sto. Tomas de Villanueva Parish.

To cap off the evening, the Music Ministry offered a song of praise — “Praise”—as a thanksgiving to God for the success of the event, the protection over the Mission Team, and the renewed spirit of TLF Bislig. It was a powerful declaration of gratitude and a reminder that every good thing comes from the Lord alone.

This mission journey was more than just a visit; it was a testament to God’s faithfulness, the power of unity in the Spirit, and the unshakable truth: “Where two or three are gathered in His name, there He is in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20).

To God be the glory!

VERSE FOR THE DAY

so that it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me. This life that I live now, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave his life for me.
