The third quarter Spirit Empowerment Seminar: “Empowered Life” for 2025 was held at the Lord’s Flock Sanctuary on Aug 16 and 17, 2025. It was a two-day seminar that aimed to help people develop a deeper personal relationship with God and an empowered life breaking free from fear to trust the strength that comes from God. A total of 144 guests participated, composed of youth, single men and women, single parents and married couples. Bro. Dinky Florentino and Bro. Raymund Nobleza moderated the Saturday and Sunday seminars, respectively. The Spirit Empowerment has authenticated the seekers’ belief in God through a series of inspiring talks, possibly resulting in spiritual transformation.
Aug 16, Saturday
The moderator, Bro. Dinky Florentino, one of the Board of trustees, cheerfully welcomed everyone while the Psalm Ministry led the joyful singing. Judith Almendrala, Outreach International Steward, introduced the Charismatic Community: its origins, and the significance of praise and worship.
The Community’s Elder-Founder, Techie “Soar” Rodriguez, delivered the highlight of the seminar with the teachings: “Experiencing the Holy Spirit” and “Experiencing the Power of God’s Love.” She delivered an inspiring talk, skillfully weaving personal anecdotes and biblical truths into a message of empowerment that resonated deeply with the seekers. Indeed, many participants were deeply moved by Soar’s life story: a testimony of faith, love and transformation.
August 17 – Sunday
On the second day, Sis. Judith Almendrala led the Psalm Ministry and Koros Ministry in singing joyful praise to the Lord. In particular, the song “little by little in every way, Jesus is changing me” resonated with the guests. There were one hundred twenty-nine (129) eager participants who came: seventy-two (72) married; twenty-one (21) single adults; eleven (11) young adults; and nineteen (19) youth.
Moderator Bro. Raymund Nobleza seamlessly steered the program. The roster of speakers with their corresponding topics were as follows:

The SES participants were given the opportunity to share their thoughts, and reactions to the teachings through group discussions.
Finally, Sis. Norma Ramos (Heralds Ministry) passionately led the Prayer for Empowerment and the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. The participants were intensely touched as they felt the manifestations in different ways (uncontrolled crying, soft wind, warmth …). The heartfelt testimonials of the seekers revealed the true essence of the seminar.
The SES concluded with the highest form of prayer, the Eucharistic Celebration, presided by Fr. Ferdinand Alfante, SVD.
The extraordinary event revitalized the seekers by uplifting their spirits, strengthening their commitment to their faith and transforming themselves spiritually through lessons they had embraced in the seminar.
