The Lord’s Flock Catholic Charismatic Community held this year’s first Global Anointing on February 1, 2026, at the Sanctuary of the Heritage Center. This was attended by local (Metro Manila, Luzon) leaders and workers and by the provincial and international Chapters virtually via Zoom. The anointing of workers is a consecration of dedicated workers to fulfill the Community’s activities and tasks in accordance with God’s plans and with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
INTRODUCTION
As the moderator, Bro. Raymund Nobleza enthusiastically welcomed all the local and international participants while Sis. Bea Baclig and the Psalm Ministry led the congregation in Praise and Worship.

- Bro. Raymund introduced the three major parts of the Global Anointing activities:
- Commissioning rites of new members who completed the Spirit Empowerment Seminar, Maturing in the Spirit Seminar and Equipping the Saints Seminar in 2025.
- Consecration of additional Stewards, Service Coordinators, and Small Group Leaders of the Pastoral Ministry
- Anointing Rites
- Community Updates
- Abet Johnson and Sis. Grace Lomarda presented the The Lord’s Flock 2026 Organizational Chart and Administrative Office Policies.
- Dinky Florentino shared an update on the Heritage construction.
- Raymund presented an update on the Temple Tribute and 300 Pillars Heritage fund.
COMMISSIONING RITES
Bro. Raymund started the Commissioning Rites by introducing Sis. Techie Rodriguez (Elder-Founder) and Bro. Froilan Hong (Co-founder). Subsequently, one of the 2025 candidates, Sis. Yvette Silva shared her spiritual journey, from being broken inside to being restored after her renewal in September 2025. This was followed by the 2025 Batch presentation of “Ang Namamalakaya (Fishermen),” a drama on how to be fishers of men using different kinds of bait. It ended with an action song entitled, “I Will Make You Fishers of Men,” a challenge to everyone to witness for the Lord. Sis. Techie was so impressed with the skit that she expounded that those who have experienced God are the best witnesses and “bait” in fishing for men as they are the Epistle written by God. Thus, a Christian’s transformed life is evidence of the Gospel (2 Corinthians 3:2-3) and he/she should share God’s love to save people.

Thereafter, everyone in the Sanctuary knelt or stood in silent prayer and reverence to welcome the presence of God through the Blessed Sacrament, which was followed by a worship song.

Sis. Elvie Tapia and Sis. Marie Regala, Head Stewards of Pastoral Ministry, called the names of the thirty-four (34) members from the 2025 Spirit Empowerment Seminars to go up the stage where Soar and Bro. Froi anointed them with oil. Finally, Bro Froi completed the blessing with holy water as the newly commissioned members, Stewards, Coordinators and Small Group Leaders stood in the center aisle. In conclusion, the congregation emotionally sang the “Servant Song.”
CONSECRATION AND ANOINTING OF NEW LEADERS
The following new/additional Stewards were announced, consecrated, and anointed:
- Ronald Tapia – Psalm Ministry
- Emman Almendrala – Koros
- Carla Bugnosen – Comms
- Remy Sisteberio – Worship
Small Group Leaders for Pastoral Married, Singles, E-life, and Small World were subsequently consecrated and anointed, followed by the Coordinators under the Service Ministry, and Silver and Gold under the Executive Office.
GENERAL ANOINTING RITES
Soar and Bro. Froi started the Anointing Rites with the EXECOM first, who then lined up to anoint the rest of the Ministry stewards and workers as called by Sis. Gina Duran. Throughout the anointing, the Psalm Ministry sang the song, “Here I Am,” while the congregation sat in silent prayer filled with the presence of the Holy Spirit.
The Anointing ceremony was concluded on time with the exit of the Blessed Sacrament.
Before the morning activity ended, Bro. Raymund and Soar acknowledged Tatay Bobby Rodriguez (Elder-Founder) and Sis. Mik Flores (Head Servant) along with the international and local stewards/members who joined virtually via zoom.

Several announcements were also shared on all the upcoming programs and activities of the Community. In particular, the members were all excited about the plans for the Community’s 40th anniversary celebration in April.
Indeed, the committed leaders and workers of the Lord’s Flock were once again refreshed by God’s anointing and eager to accomplish their respective tasks to bring more people to our Lord, Jesus Christ.
To God be the Glory!
