Exploring the Small World, Leading the Big World: A Day of Celebration and Moving Up- February 21, 2026

On Saturday, February 21, 2026, the Events Place was filled with laughter, cheers, and a profound sense of pride as The Lord’s Flock Catholic Charismatic Community Small World Praise, Pray and Play Class 2025 hosted its “Small World Recognition and Moving Up Day.” Under the inspiring theme, “Exploring the Small World Today, Leading the Big World Tomorrow,” the event honored the achievements of the “Praise, Pray, and Play” Class of 2025, marking a significant milestone in the lives of the community’s youngest members.

A Faith-Filled Celebration

Initially, the Events Place was filled with children who were dressed in various costumes representing their future aspirations, surrounded by supportive parents, volunteer teachers and staff, stewards, and guests. It was a visual testament to the village it takes to raise a child in faith.

The afternoon program/recognition began with a solemn Opening Prayer led by Sis. Mary Ashley Jade A. Francisco, setting a spiritual tone for the festivities. Following the National Anthem, Bro. Raymund Nobleza, Head Steward for Service Ministry, delivered the Welcome Remarks, greeting families and friends who gathered to witness the progress of the children of Small World (SW) Class 2025.

A highlight of the spiritual program was the Inspirational Talk by Sis. Mik R. Flores, the Head Servant. Her words emphasized the importance of nurturing faith and leadership in children from an early age, reinforcing the community’s mission to build a foundation that will serve them well into adulthood.

Spotlight on Achievement

The program was a vibrant mix of formal recognition and joyful performances:

  • Talent on Display: The “Small World Pupils” took to the stage for an intermission number, showcasing the confidence and skills they developed throughout the year.

The Moment of Transition and Recognition

  • The formal Confirmation of Completers and the distribution of awards were led by Bro. Raymund Nobleza, Sis. Aileen A. Francisco, Sis Elvira Tapia, alongside Sis. Baby Tapalla and Sis. Jenifer Bayani.

Ragudo, John Patrick Barreda, John Carlo Barreda and John Abelardo Calixtus F. Pacheco (Pre-Teens).

In addition, different awards were also distributed to the rest of the Small World pupils, Small World Volunteer Teachers, Small World Volunteer Staff and from other ministries who helped throughout the journey of the Small World Praise, Pray, and Play Class 2025.

  • Future Leadership: In a symbolic passing of Small World Ministry leadership, the Presentation of New Head Stewards, Sis Elvie I. Tapia and Sis Marie Regala, has ensured the continued growth of the Small World program.

A Community United

The day concluded with a powerful “Challenge to the Completers” by Sis Marie B. Regala and Closing Remarks by Sis Elvira I. Tapia. The entire ceremony was seamlessly guided by Sis Aileen A. Francisco, who served as the Master of Ceremony.

Finally, as these “completers” move forward, they carry with them the lessons of praise, prayer, and play ready to explore their world today so they may lead the big world of tomorrow.

To God be the glory!

VERSE FOR THE DAY

so that it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me. This life that I live now, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave his life for me.
