Sister Techie “Soar” Rodriguez, Elder-Founder and Vision Holder of The Lord’s Flock (TLF), visited the Dublin Chapter for the second time as part of her USA Outreach. She arrived at San Francisco Airport on March 14, 2025 along with Judith Almendrala (Outreach Head Steward). The Dublin and Daly City Chapters stewards, Maireen Garcia, Jenny Joaquin, Vic Fabros and Jocelyn Deauna, welcomed them with warmth and enthusiasm.
At St. Raymond Church, they were greeted by eager Dublin members headed by Stewards Mel & Mai Garcia, and Corazon Siguenza. They all first joined the parish’s “Fish and Fry” event. Soar met Fr. Erick Villa (Church’s senior pastor) and exchanged pleasantries. She expressed her gratitude for welcoming the Lord’s Flock to the parish.
After the parish event, the TLF chapter praise and worship ensued at the Kids Klub of St. Raymond Church, along with the Sacramento & Daly chapters. The activity started with praise led by Derick Santiago TLF International Head Steward which was joined by his fellow stewards Lisa and David Santiago. Afterwards, Soar exhorted the power of prayer and faith which explained God’s answers (yes, no, or wait) aligned with what is best for us. She also shared her testimony prayer about losing and retrieving the diamond ring. Indeed, the teachings of Soar inspired everyone.
After the service, the community experienced the power of prayer. At the parking lot, a car key went missing, panic arose, but Soar reminded them of her teaching and led them to prayer. Moments later, the key was found under piles of musical instruments and boxes in another car’s trunk—a testament to the power of prayer and trust in the Lord. Later at the hotel, Soar met with Dublin Chapter stewards and workers, engaging them warmly, praying for their needs, including healing.
The next day, Bro. Mel and Sis. Mai Garcia treated Soar and Sis. Judith to brunch at an Italian restaurant, where they enjoyed a relaxed, joyful time.
Finally, the Dublin Chapter was blessed by Soar’s visit, which brought God’s word and her heartfelt love for her spiritual family.
To God Be the Glory!
