One of the priorities of our Elder-Founder, Sis Techie “Soar” Rodriguez during her Mission to The Lord’s Flock United Arab Emirates Chapter (TLF UAE) was to meet the children and teenagers. Thus, the UAE Stewards and Coordinators, Sis Queenie and Sis Mayang, prepared a surprise party for their beloved elder. The New Gen and Small World Ministries excitedly held the Jollibee Birthday party for Soar so she could meet and interact with all the children and their parents.
The Jollibee crew entertained everyone with fun and games. The families were delighted with the yummy chicken joy and spaghetti as they chatted and shared updates with each other. After the meal, a Question & Answer session was hosted by children themselves, Lloyd, Migs, and Gabi. They facilitated the questions raised by the children who were eager to learn more about the community. They were overjoyed with the rare opportunity to talk and share views with Soar face-to-face
After the Q & A session, the New Gen and Small World ministries prepared a birthday song and gave Soar their birthday present. All the families took their turns in having photos with Soar and the Mission Team.
It was indeed a jolly celebration that warmed the heart of our Elder, Soar.
