On September 21, 2024, the Lord’s Flock Catholic Charismatic Community Bislig Chapter hosted an inspiring Praise and Worship Concert at the Cultural and Sports Center in Bislig City. The event was part of the community’s much-anticipated youth night at the Sto. Thomas de Villanueva Parish. It aimed to bring together people of all ages for an evening of faith-filled celebration. The presence of Bishop Raul Dael made the evening even more meaningful, as the community gathered to worship, reflect, and rejoice.
The Concert
The concert began with a video presentation, portraying the life of St. Thomas, who is venerated as a Patron Saint for his dedication to God and unwavering kindness to people. The audience watched intently as the story of St. Thomas’ virtues was brought to life through a series of well-crafted visual narratives. Each scene depicted moments of sacrifice, faith, and service, which illustrated why he remains a model for Catholics today. The evening continued with a drama presentation that further illustrated key moments in the saint’s life, and provided a powerful reminder of how his commitment to God and to others continues to inspire the faithful.
As the concert progressed, the highlight of the evening came when The Lord’s Flock took center stage. The TLF worship concert was nothing short of extraordinary and left a lasting impression on everyone.
